Automatic Double side Sticker Labelling Machine is the machine with micro processor and stepper based control system to apply sticker/self adhesive labels on double side of flat/ square/ oval shape of container like hair oil, shampoo, cleaner, mouth wash, engine oil, lotion etc. Automatic Double side Sticker Labelling Machine can be availed at economical rates.
Automatic Double Side (Sticker) Labelling machine is used for double side labelling on flat, oval or square bottles of PET, Plastic, Glass etc. Shapes/Profile. Machine is microprocessor controlled, performs accurately and is very user friendly.
Machine consists of main structure, product in-feed screw, product transmission belt with guide adjustment, top product holding conveyor with height adjustment, 2 nos. of label dispensing unit, label pasting unit, motor, sensors, AC drives, motors, electrical panel, emergency switch and PLC/HMI control for operations.

- Conveying system to convey the product with easy adjustable side guide and equipped with AC frequency variable drive for variable speed with constant torque.
- Unique in-feed screw to ensure uniform distance between two products & Top Conveyor to hold product at the time of labelling.

- Various label position adjustment with the help of sliding pipe assembly.
- Label affixing on the product with the help of nylon brush and sponge roller & Reel mechanism to hang the roll.
